Strength & nutrition coaching, built around one profile

Train from a plan that was written for your body.

Answer thirteen questions once. Your coach builds the week, shows you how each movement is performed, and keeps your calories honest — in one place, on your phone.

The method

Three moves from sign-up to a week you can train.

  1. 01

    Answer thirteen questions

Goal, body metrics, training age, strength benchmark, equipment, days per week, session length, injuries. It takes a few minutes and it is the only form you will fill in.

  2. 02

    Your week gets written

The coach places specific movements on specific days, sized to the equipment and the time you actually have. Every day stays editable — it is your schedule, not a locked program.

  3. 03

    Train, log, adjust

Describe a meal in a sentence and it is logged. Calorie and macro targets come from your own profile, so the dashboard always shows what is left for today.

What is inside

Five screens. Nothing that does not earn its place.

Workouts

The week, in front of you

Seven days, each with its own movement list. Reorder a day, swap an exercise, or ask the coach to rewrite it. Your plan is stored, not regenerated from scratch every visit.

Exercises

A demo for every movement

Nine muscle groups, browsable by pattern — vertical pull, hip hinge, lateral raise. Each entry carries a short looping demo so form is never guesswork.

AI Coach

Plain language, real changes

“My shoulder hurts, give me a different push day.” The coach edits your saved plan, remembers the constraint, and applies it to everything it writes afterwards.

Dashboard

What is left for today

Calories and protein remaining, macro split, and micronutrient coverage — all derived from your profile rather than a generic 2,000 kcal default.

Profile

Moves as you do

Weight changed, goal changed, new injury. Say it in chat and your profile updates, which quietly changes every number and plan downstream.

The library

Every group, broken down by movement pattern.
